Lipton Corporate Child Care Centers, Inc. (LIPTON) has specialized in the
development and operation of back-up child care Centers since 1990 – providing
working parents with an extraordinary environment for their children when faced
with nanny / baby-sitter difficulties, day care center closings, snow days,
school holidays, and summer vacations.
As one of Working Mother’s 25 Best Small Companies in
the U.S., LIPTON’s own innovative, family-friendly
culture is an integral part of our commitment to – and our relationship with –
our clients, their employees, and their families. By working in partnership
with each client, we have found creative, flexible ways to customize programs
that foster employee development, job satisfaction, productivity and retention.
LIPTON‘s expanded mission is to provide an even broader
range of quality care solutions to better assist corporate America in achieving
a balance between work / life issues. As a leading and trusted provider of
child care services to almost 200 industry leader clients, LIPTON applies this same expertise to the
Back-Up Care Comprehensive National Program – offering an expanded range of
child care and adult / elder care solutions to employers and employees
nationwide.
LIPTON’s commitment to caring extends beyond the many
families attending our Centers. To help those less fortunate, LIPTON founded Project Shelter
– a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of parents and
children. Today the program's main focus is to provide food, shelter, clothing
and companionship for at-risk children in Washington, DC and Virginia. In time,
we hope to provide the same assistance to needy families throughout the
nation. To learn more about our non-profit efforts, please visit the Project
Shelter page on this website.
