(LIPTON) has specialized in the development and operation of back-up child care Centers since 1990 – providing working parents with an extraordinary environment for their children when faced with nanny / baby-sitter difficulties, day care center closings, snow days, school holidays, and summer vacations.

LIPTON’s commitment to caring extends beyond the many families attending our Centers.  To help those less fortunate, LIPTON founded Project Shelter – a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of parents and children. Today the program's main focus is to provide food, shelter, clothing and companionship for at-risk children in Washington, DC and Virginia.
